The flavour of red beans prepared in-house

Made with French T65 flour, Canadian red beans and honey from South Korea. We soak and cook the beans ourselves before bringing them into the bun. The whole bread shows its rounded shape and baked colour; the cut face reveals small air pockets in the crumb beside the filling. Pale bread and dark red bean filling offer a view of the bun from the inside.

Begin with an unadorned bite of bread and filling together. Prepare your favourite tea, coffee or milk separately for a bread break to suit your taste.
