The BORISSOU PARIS bakery in Seoul
From preparing dough to helping a customer choose a loaf, good bread depends on the work of a team. We welcome colleagues who want to bring the same care to the bakery and the shop.

Notre façon de travailler

Respect for time, ingredients and people.

We value precision, patience and care. When the people making the bread and the people serving it share the same standards, that care reaches the customer’s table.

Observing ingredients, keeping a well-organised workspace and sharing information with colleagues are part of the work. We value the consistency with which these everyday foundations are maintained.
