1890Favrichon
A long interest in grain,
carried into breakfast.
Favrichon traces its story to 1890 in Saint-Symphorien-de-Lay in the Loire. Pharmacist Joseph Favrichon developed an interest in cereal foods and later began making cereal flours in a former bakery.
Oat flakes joined the range in 1912; crunchy breakfast cereals followed in 1977. The story is one of finding different ways to make grains part of everyday eating.

LE CARACTÈRE
Fruit brings a brighter note
to a grain-based breakfast.
Red Label brings fruit and grains together in a muesli. Over yogurt, the cereal’s bite contrasts with the creamy base in each spoonful. It is also easy to serve with milk; begin with a small portion to explore its own flavour and texture.
A few pieces of fresh strawberry or blueberry are enough when you want extra fruit. Leave room for the cereal. If adding raspberry or strawberry jam, reduce other sweet additions and taste for balance.

- Character · fruit and grain
- Texture · a contrast with creamy yogurt

LES FRUITS & LES CÉRÉALES
A breakfast bowl with fruit character
Favrichon has made cereal foods since 1890. Red Label focuses on the meeting of fruit and grains, offering another direction from the nutty character of Blue Label. Spoon it over plain yogurt or let it rest briefly in milk to suit your preferred texture.
Our table includes grains in forms beyond bread. Red Label is a choice for those who enjoy a fruity breakfast bowl. Taste the blend first, then add a little seasonal fruit if you wish.
UN GESTE SIMPLE
A little fruit, with room for the grains.
A simple serving idea from BORISSOU PARIS. Add a little, taste and make the meal your own.
Spoon yogurt into a bowl and distribute the muesli so each spoonful can include some cereal.
Add a few washed, well-drained berries. Cut larger strawberries into bite-size pieces.
Taste before adding a little jam if needed. Serve with toast for a breakfast with contrasting textures.

UNE AUTRE ASSIETTE
Bring fruit and grain into the same spoonful.
Red Label combines fruit and grains. Try it over plain yogurt, then gently fold it in to change how the textures meet.
Start with those two elements. Taste the yogurt’s tang and the muesli’s fruit character before adding sweetener or fresh fruit.
- Compare a few bites before stirring everything together.
- If adding preserve, offer a small amount separately.
- Explore Blue Label if you prefer a grain-and-nut-led direction.

LE PAIN À CÔTÉ

Handmade Borissou Castella
For a weekend breakfast, a thin slice of Castella adds a soft crumb beside the fruit and grain textures.

Over plain yogurt
Spoon a portion over plain yogurt. Stir it lightly or take a little of both with each spoonful to enjoy the fruit and grain combination.
A bowl with milk
Pour muesli into a bowl and add the amount of milk you like. Eat straight away or let it rest briefly to find your preferred texture.
With seasonal fruit
Add a little fresh seasonal fruit for variety. Taste the muesli first, then adjust the amount of fruit to suit your bowl.
BON À SAVOIR
Good to know.
What if my yogurt is too thick?
Loosen it with a little milk or soy drink before adding the muesli, adjusting one spoonful at a time.
Can I mix it in advance?
The cereal softens as it rests. Add it just before eating if you prefer more bite, and refrigerate prepared yogurt and fruit.
