01 / LES FEUILLETÉS
Caramelised apple beneath layers of pastry
Made with French T55 flour, German butter and apples from South Korea. The cut face reveals brown apple filling against pale pastry layers, with fine folds along the edge. Try a bite of the pie on its own first. The lightly bitter character of the caramelised apples meets the buttery flavour of the pastry.
We especially recommend pairing our sweet, lightly bitter signature apple pie with wine, whisky or cheese. Serve warm pie with cold vanilla ice cream to enjoy their contrasting temperatures and textures. A light dusting of cinnamon, whipped cream, thick clotted cream or cheddar cheese offers other ways to suit your taste. Enjoy the apple and butter flavours slowly with a cup of plain black tea or warm milk.

02 / LES FEUILLETÉS
Apple and pastry in one bite.
A closer look reveals thin pastry layers around the deep brown apple filling. The glossy top and pale folds contrast with the apples inside.
Serve the apple pie warm with cold vanilla ice cream. Enjoy a bite that brings the apple filling, buttery pastry and cold ice cream together.

03 / LES FEUILLETÉS
Apple pie for a shared table.
Whole pies and cut pieces show the long lines across the top and the pastry surrounding the filling. Each cut piece reveals apples and thin layers together.
We especially recommend pairing our sweet, lightly bitter signature apple pie with wine, whisky or cheese. Divide it into comfortable portions on individual plates and take time with the caramelised apple and butter flavours alongside your drink.

04 / LES FEUILLETÉS
Apple flavour within the folds.
The cut face clearly shows pastry folds above and below the apple filling. From the golden surface to the pale inner layers, a single piece reveals the structure of the pie.
Try a dusting of cinnamon, whipped cream, thick clotted cream or cheddar cheese to suit your taste. Plain black tea or warm milk also makes a pleasant accompaniment. Taste the pie on its own first, then add a little at a time to find your favourite combination.
