01 / LES BISCUITS
Plain and kadaif, two ways to enjoy the crunch
The plain cookies reveal a golden surface and thin edges. Fine strands of kadaif sit in layers on the second variety, giving the cookies a different appearance. Begin with a plain cookie, then choose a kadaif one and enjoy comparing their surfaces and the feel of each bite.
Add a small cookie moment to the pleasure of choosing your daily bread. BORISSOU PARIS langue de chat make a light accompaniment after a meal or at afternoon tea. Prepare your favourite drink and arrange both varieties on a plate. Take time over a crisp cookie and enjoy a short pause in your day.
02 / LES BISCUITS
Fine strands, a distinctive crunch.
A closer look at the kadaif variety reveals fine strands crossing in different directions. Pale gold and deeper toasted shades come together, with the strands standing out above the thin cookie.
Place it beside a plain cookie and taste them in turn. Compare the feel of the thin, crisp cookie with the added kadaif. Serve a few on a small plate alongside your favourite drink.
03 / LES BISCUITS
Share a cookie moment with both varieties.
Serve plain and kadaif cookies together so everyone can choose a favourite. Set out a few with tea or coffee and share a short break over the two varieties. A small plate works just as well for a quiet afternoon on your own.
This BORISSOU PARIS selection contains a total of 16 plain and kadaif langue de chat cookies. If you would like to enjoy them regularly, see the subscription information on SmartStore and explore the available options.
