Five Kuri confections to enjoy and share
Made with white bean paste from the USA, egg yolks from South Korea and milk from South Korea. The whole confections show curved ridges spreading out from a point. Pale surfaces meet golden edges, with small cracks visible between the ridges up close. Try a piece on its own to enjoy the flavour of the Kuri confection.
For an afternoon snack, serve the amount you need on a small plate beside a drink. Enjoy a piece during a quiet break or share them around the table. Add other biscuits or confections separately so everyone can choose a favourite treat. Follow the storage instructions and indicated date on the packaging for any remaining pieces.
